  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family.
  4. Point earning will commence at start of business on 01 June 2024 and end at close of business of 27 March 2025.
  5. Lucky Spin Exclusive times, prizes and dates will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  6. Lucky Spin Exclusive will take place at 20h00 on the last Thursdays of every month from 27 June 2027 untill 27 March 2025.
  7. Participants are required to claim their earned Lucky Spin Exclusive tickets at Oasis Casino and return them to cash desk prior to the Lucky Spin game on stipulated draw dates.
  8. Prize winner/s must sign for receipt of prizes.
  9. All Participants are required to be present on the respective dates/times to be eligible for the prize: Provided that a participant opts not to be present in person when the Lucky Spin game starts, the participant must nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the Lucky Spin game on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management.
  10. Nomination forms will be available at Oasis Casino from 10h00 to 19h30 on stipulated draw dates.
  11. Participants or duly authorized representatives shall be required to present the winning Lucky Spin ticket within 90 seconds from the time of shouting “Oasis”, and must produce a positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D. or Card /South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino. The game shall continue should the winning Lucky Spin ticket not be presented within 90 seconds.
  12. Authorized representatives or a participant shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
  13. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
  14. All decisions are final and binding, no correspondence or appeals will be entered into; Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  15. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management
  16. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
  17. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
